From full-scale construction projects to simply selecting paint colors, we assist in every step bringing clarity and simplicity to the complex process of designing your unique space. While keeping the big picture in mind, we make sure every detail aligns with the overall vision. With an eye for architecture, light, color, and texture, we create spaces that are timeless and inviting by coordinating modern elements with cherished antiques.

New Construction Consultation

If you are looking to build your dream home, Dwell is here to help from the ground up. We partner with our clients to be the ‘go to’ people for your contractor to help alleviate stress for you in the process. We start with you in the early stages of construction and planning to make sure no detail is overlooked by attending walk throughs and meetings with subcontractors and vendors. Through the process, we are your advocate to make sure nothing is overlooked and we will work one-on-one with your contractor. We have extensive experience in new home construction and have a passion for kitchen and bath design.

 

Remodel Consultation

From a simple makeover to a complete renovation, Dwell can help with all your needs. When remodeling your home, the process can be overwhelming in making so many decisions. Dwell is here to walk you through the remodeling process to ensure your vision for your home becomes a reality. We oversee your design plan from start to finish to make sure all of the details come together to create your dream space.

 

If you have a smaller project in mind and would like professional design help, Dwell can be your design expert to guide you through an interior project. We help clients select paint colors,  home décor, rugs, draperies, etc. to make a tired place space fresh again.

Dwell specializes in professionally designing spec houses and model homes. We can coordinate all aspects of both interior and exterior selections, ranging from brick and roofing to cabinets, flooring, light fixtures, and paint. Our experience includes design of spec houses, numerous model homes, and the Parade of Homes. Dwell is also available to help realtors with home staging.

1. Understand Your Vision

The first step in our process is to schedule an initial meeting at your house. At this meeting, we will walk through the space and discuss your ideas about the areas you wish to change.

 

2. Selections Chosen Just for You

Dwell will make selections to fit your personal style and lifestyle. We will meet with you to show you our ideas for your space including a basic floor plan, furniture, paint, fabrics, etc. to collaborate with you and get your feedback. From there, we will modify the plan according to your suggestions and will work towards crafting a final plan.

 

3. Proposal Presentation

You will be given a proposal including each item for the chosen rooms, pictures, and pricing of all items. Any changes will be made for your final approval.

 

4. Order and Implementation

Dwell will order your selections and schedule a day for delivery and installation.
